Werk jij graag met mensen en zet jij gasten graag in het zonnetje? Loop jij rond met een glimlach, ben je pro-actief, zelfstandig en hands-on? Heb jij horeca of leidinggevende ervaring en krijg jij energie van het meedraaien op de vloer, het aansturen van een team en kun je er tegelijkertijd voor zorgen dat alles van a-z loopt? Wat kun je verwachten?
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het day-to-day management. Samen met de Asisstent Manager zorg je ervoor dat alles op de locatie vlekkeloos verloopt. Van een perfecte happiness service, een schone locatie tot aan een mooi gepresenteerde & goedgevulde Bakery corner & lachende gezichten van onze gasten en het team. Dit doe je door goede communicatie met het team, het uitzetten van taken bij de juiste personen & het trainen on the spot. Jij ziet alles, van een plantje op tafel dat vergeten is tot aan een tafel die te laat is uitgehaald en zorgt dat je hier constant op stuurt. Ook motiveer je het team om te allen tijde het beste uit zichzelf te halen en samen te werken als 1 Happy team.
Je werkt voor 90% mee op de vloer en hebt daarnaast taken zoals bestellen, sollicitaties & evaluaties en het bijhouden van de mail. Trainen van het team doe je hoofdzakelijk on the job.
